Dua Bandit Curanmor di Surabaya Ditangkap, Polisi Ungkap Aksi di 10 TKP
A motor vehicle theft (curanmor) gang in Surabaya was caught on CCTV. The perpetrators allegedly targeted minimarket parking lots, food stalls, and even homes at night, using a method of breaking into keyholes using T-keys. Armed with CCTV footage and investigation results, the Tanjung Perak Port Police Criminal Investigation Unit's Rapid Response Unit successfully arrested two suspected perpetrators, identified as F (35) and MM (31), in the Bangkalan area. From the investigation, police suspect the gang operated at 10 crime scenes, six of which were in minimarket parking lots. Officers also secured several pieces of evidence, including T-keys, magnets, counterfeit keys, and a knife. Police are continuing their investigation to uncover other possible crime scenes and the network involved.
