有機化合物的命名五步驟: 1.找出所有官能基及特殊鍵結,並決定最主要官能基 2.標出最長主鏈並為主鏈的碳編號 3.幫各個取代基命名:複雜取代基則將其視為一個具有官能基為“連接基團(-yl)”的取代基來命名 4.找出具有立體異構物的位置 5.依照各取代基的英文字母按規則將名稱寫出IUPAC名 感謝糾正本影片錯誤的觀眾: 更正) 4:20 的說明錯誤,相同邊的叫cis, 不同邊的叫trans, E/Z是要依據CIP rule. 更正) 30:30影片下方四個例子的R/S都寫反了 更新) 命名形式更新為 (Stereo)-locant3-Paraent-locant2-bondtype-locant1-Suffix的型態,把多鍵的部分從Suffix中分出來, "長"是要找含有官能基(命名時ane/ene/yne是鍵的型態不是官能基)的最長鏈, "小"是locant的數字要小,優先順序依序是locant1, locant2, locant3
