Who is Optimus Prime? The Untold True Story of the Transformers Series In this video, I share the true and lesser-known story of Optimus Prime, the most beloved character in the Transformers series. Optimus Prime was actually one of the 13 Original Primes. However, after the 13 Original Primes, Primus's messengers, stopped Unicron, some of the Primes were scattered across different planets and universes. Some of the remaining Primes worked to establish a new species on Cybertron. To be a part of this newly emerged species and experience their lives, Optimus Prime surrendered his spark to Primus. After Neiller passed, Optimus Prime was resurrected as Orion Pax and, after some time, was chosen as Prime again. This is how Optimus Prime's true story began.
