2000 Ninja 250 Carb Repair (Leak)

In this episode I separate the carbs on my 2000 Kawasaki EX250 (ninja) so that I can replace the O-rings in the bowl and overflow cross over tubes. If your float bowl gaskets are in good shape, this is a likely leak point. I used 5mm ID X 2mm thickness O-rings for the bowl cross over tube and 7/32" ID X 1/16" thickness O-rings for the overflow cross over tube.
