It's been a while since I uploaded a video. This video is the highly requested "Local University Rankings." It's August now, and it's almost the regular admissions season, right? Most students, when they're young, assume they'll get into the university and department of their choice, and they disparage local universities as "local universities." The reality is that about 80% of Korean college applicants are destined to go to local universities and departments they don't want to pursue. That's why I made this video. Please note that single-digit rankings don't mean much, given the nature of local universities. While my subjective opinion is somewhat included, I made this video after comprehensively considering factors such as student preferences, location, and admissions. My personal opinion is that the outlook for all but major universities in Seoul and the metropolitan area and those with guaranteed employment prospects appears bleak.
