Ethiopian Records Azmari Synthesis Showcase (Ethiopia)

Ethiopian Records’ Azmari Synthesis is a music producer-led band that brings the studio onstage with an electronic performance including instrumentalists and vocalists. For this edition, Azmari Synthesis performs 11 pieces of music for a period of an hour, involving a 16-piece band. The band bring Ethiopian Record's experience as a music producer and experimental musician, and brings jazz and traditional instrumentalists together with modern production and electronic performance methods, and a dose of improvisation.
