The Land Was Stolen | Wild camp in heavy rain | Osprey Stratos 36L

The weather forecast was pretty dire this week, but I fancied a hike up to Bamford Edge and Stannage Edge, and it gave me the oppurtunity to discuss how the land that we live on has been systematically grabbed from us many times over the millenia. One advantage of the poor weather was that I only saw three people, and two of those were a couple fell running. I had both edges to myself! Once at camp, I was able to set up my Otimos Nomad and explain the mods that I have made, including how I have been able to prop the door open to make a pretty decent tarp so I can cook in poor weather. Dinner was Mac N Cheese (delicious) and I used my Sea to Summit airchair (minus the airmat) which provided a great seat and only weighs 240g.
