Hi Guys, Todays video is the most awaited and requested video. It's all about our Fugias its an authentic dish of our East Indian culture. It is served during wedding or other occasions These golden delicious balls we call fugias are still a much sought after delicacy.Enjoy these with Sorpatel, Indal or just drop fugia into a bowl of hot tea and spoon them into your mouth. Ingredients: 1kg maida 100g ghee/oil 2 eggs 1 liter luke warm milk Pinch of salt 1 small cup sugar (150gms) Yeast half glass lukewarm water 2 piece of half inch melt in water add 1 pinch of sugar / salt Never keep the batter under the fan.
