We are creating an expat community in Islamabad

Dear Diary, it is only natural that you want to be close to other people that are similar to you. Living in Pakistan for a British Pakistani means that I miss my friends and family in the UK. Although they come and visit on a holiday once a year, in between their short visit here I have managed to bring together other western born Pakistanis who live in and around Islamabad. I really feel like we have a community forming. Allahumabarik.
