Self defence for over 50s Stopping the Haymaker
Self Defence for the over 50s. This is the first of a series of ultra realistic self defence videos, the techniques are demonstrated in real time by highly experienced Martial Artists, former soldiers and Boxers. We emphasize that de escalation is the best way of avoiding conflict, however when attacks come it is vital that we all have the ability to defend ourselves and our loved ones. The techniques are easy to execute and have been developed for people of all levels of combat experience. They are especially good for over 50s because of the ease of use and limited movement involved. This defence is against a right hand haymaker. Please like and most important subscribe, also share with anyone who will benefit from these techniques.
