How to Make Peev Choj Kib | Stir Fry Vermicelli Bean Thread Noodles
This week's cooking video shows you how to make Peev Choj Kib or Stir Fry Vermicelli Bean Thread Noodles. Ingredients needed: ▸ Half a pack of Vermicelli Bean Thread Noodle ▸ 1 pack of meat of your choice ▸ 1 pack of cilantro and green onions ▸ 4 eggs ▸ 6 garlic cloves ▸ 1/4 cup of Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster Sauce ▸ 2 tablespoon or half of 1/4 cup of Maekrua Oyster Sauce ▸ 2 tablespoon or half of 1/4 cup of Kwong Hung Seng Sauce ▸ 1/4 cup of water ▸ Some cooking oil ▸ 1 tablespoon of Granulated Chicken Flavor Soup Base Mix ▸ Some salt ▸ Some Sriracha Sauce (optional) Preparation: 1. Soak half a pack of Vermicelli Bean Thread Noodle in hot water 2. Drain the water when the noodles are soft 3. Rinse a pack of meat of your choice and set aside 4. Rinse cilantro and green onions. Set aside. 5. Cut the cilantro in big chunks and set aside 6. Cut the green onions in big chunks 7. Cut some of the green onions into thin slices and set aside 8. Cut the remaining green onions diagonally in big chunks and set aside 9. Crack 4 eggs and set aside 10. Peel and mince 6 garlic cloves. Set aside. 11. Pour 1/4 cup of Lee Kum Kee Panda Oyster sauce into a bowl 12. Pour 2 tablespoon or half of 1/4 cup of Maekrua Oyster Sauce into the same bowl 13. Pour 2 tablespoon or half of 1/4 cup of Kwong Hung Seng Sauce into the same bowl 14. Add 1/4 cup of water into the bowl and stir 15. Cut the Vermicelli Bean Thread Noodle into small chunks Cooking the Actual Dish: 1. Add some oil on a pan over the stove 2. Add in the minced garlic and stir until brown 3. Add in the meat and stir 4. Add in 1 tablespoon of Granulated Chicken Flavor Soup Base Mix 5. Add in some salt and stir 6. Add in the sauce 7. Add in some Sriracha Sauce (optional) and stir 8. When the meat is cooked, add the Vermicelli Bean Thread Noodle in and stir until everything is mixed evenly 9. Add in the rest of the green onions and stir 10. Add in the cilantro and stir 11. In a separate pan, make an omelette with the 4 eggs you prepared earlier 12. When the omelette is ready, cut it into thin slices and add it to the dish 13. Use a tong to mix everything together .
