NEIGHBORS COMPLAIN's official music video for 'LST/D'. Neighbors Complain was formed in Osaka in 2014. Their music — the emotional and sexy vocals by Oto, supported by a band inspired by New Classic Soul, Black Contemporary, NJS, and Rare Groove (Philadelphia Soul, Salsoul) — is reminiscent of Pharrell Williams, Bruno Mars, Mayer Hawthorne and TUXEDO, and could be aptly described as the next generation self-contained band. After their debut release in 2015, their music has gained wide popularity, and their song "Night Drivin'" was chosen for Suzuki Escudo's "Wild Graffitti" commercial.
