The handle is made from Black TeroTuf (a resin-impregnated layered cloth composite) with aggressive texturing for a very secure, lightweight, and grippy feel that is impervious to most chemicals. The scales are attached with strong flared stainless steel tube rivets that also allow for lanyard or cord wrap attachment. Full-tang construction ensures maximum strength.
