Click here to expand 👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇👇 Ingredients: 500 g mixed ground meat 2 slices of toast a little local beer for soaking 1 tbsp mustard 1 onion 1 small Chopped bunch of parsley 1 egg 1 tsp each of curry powder and paprika powder 1/2 tsp each of salt and pepper Steak Fries Sauce: 1 onion 2 tbsp tomato paste 100 ml cola 200 ml passata (strained tomatoes) 50 ml ketchup 1 tbsp curry powder 1 tsp paprika powder 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce Preparation: Soak the toast in beer, then squeeze out the excess liquid. Add the chopped onion and the remaining ingredients to the meat and mix well. Form into small patties and fry in oil until golden brown on all sides. Remove from the pan and keep warm. For the sauce, dice another onion and sauté until translucent. Stir in the tomato paste and mix with the remaining ingredients. Add the patties and simmer gently. Meanwhile, put the frozen fries in a container, fill it with water, and after 30 minutes, drain and shake vigorously until the surface is rough. Now microwave the fries for 5 minutes. Then place them in the air fryer at 200 degrees Celsius for about 18 minutes. Shake occasionally so the fries separate.
