CONVERTING OUR PERSIMMON HOMES GARAGE | LONGFORD
We needed more space for our growing family in our Persimmon Homes Longford house and wanted to convert our internal garage into a playroom. We decided to keep the garage door and add an internal wall to keep 1/3 of the garage space and create a room with the other 2/3rds. We had to put in a new door, a new radiator and move some electrics around, as well as laying a new floor and decorating. The total build cost was around £2500-3000.
