Lev Felixovich Lagorio was a Russian painter and watercolorist best known for his seascapes, maritime scenes, and coastal landscapes. Born in Feodosia, on the Black Sea coast of Crimea, Lagorio grew up close to harbors, ships, rocky shores, and changing weather over the water.
