A lovely spot for our first break after the Tour resumed, near Lake Salagou with its red earth and breathtaking views. Beautiful but chilly, we enjoyed the tranquility of the place, and Manny started baking... and it was with our hands in the dough that we learned a journalist from Midi Libre wanted to interview us.
