Step by step installation of stepper motor dampers Skip 9:19 to 12:59 if you do not wish to install damper on extruder stepper motor. The reason I did is because I ordered 3 dampers. Update 22-jan-2018: Screws are only M3, not M3-50 as from previous update. Thanks to @Steven Morehouse (see comments) Update 02-Jan-2018: The screws you need for the x-axis are metric M3-50, should be available at most hardware stores, you may need to file it a little bit in order to fit all 4 in the dampers.
