LECRETIA SEALES MEMORIAL LECTURE IN LAW REFORM— 'Reforming New Zealand's Legal Infrastructure'
The Lecretia Seales Memorial Lecture is given in honour of lawyer and law reform advocate Lecretia Seales. The 2024 lecture was recently delivered by the Hon Christopher Finlayson who drew on his extensive experience as a lawyer and Cabinet Minister to argue that New Zealand needs to invest not only in its physical infrastructure, but in its legal infrastructure as well.
