"REC 2" picks up directly after the events of the first film. A medical officer and a SWAT team armed with video cameras are sent into the quarantined apartment building to control the situation, only to find themselves trapped inside with terrifying and deadly supernatural forces. As they venture deeper into the building, they find that the infection is far more horrific than they could have ever imagined escalating into a Paranormal Activity of sorts & a high Kill Count / Carnage Count.
