BUGIS MANDI KETAN HITAM // BLACK GLUTINOUS RICE CAKE WITH COCONUT FILLING AND SAUCE

Hello, this time I made black sticky rice bugis. From some recipes, some call it putri mandi, some also call it bugis or koci-koci. There are also those where the dough is steamed with coconut milk sauce in banana leaves. There are also those where the sauce is cooked separately and the banana leaves are only used for the final wrapping. So it's up to you how you want to make it :) I've previously made the pandan and sweet potato bugis ones, the difference now is that there's black sticky rice. Okay, good luck!
