Mike and Adam chronicle a homebrew brew day. Its Adam's second attempt at a brew, and Mike's first time being part of the process. This brew day is for either a stout or a porter. Adam’s favorite style is a porter, but a close second is an imperial stout. The darker, the better. Mike’s favorite style is an imperial stout. Unlike Adam, Mike is a fan of the sweeter stouts.
