The Ukrainian Defense Forces are carrying out targeted strikes on oil refineries, military-industrial complexes, and critical Russian infrastructure. In recent weeks, refineries in the Baltics, as well as in southern and central Russia, have been hit. It is reported that up to 40% of export capacity and gasoline production have been paralyzed. Can long-range strikes force the Kremlin to stop its aggression and agree to real negotiations? Together with military expert Colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Petro Chernyk, we analyze the consequences of Ukrainian deep strikes, statements by NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte about forcing Russia to make peace, and the situation with Russian missile arsenals.
