The Conscious Breath, Week 11: Daily Practice of Pranayama with Eddie Stern This week’s class focuses on daily practices. We have covered a lot of background information from the previous classes, so now it is time to focus in on the task at hand, which is practice. It is only through discipline and dedication in yoga that we have inner experiences and receive the benefits of dedicated practice. The practices for this week are: Resonance Breathing 2 minutes Single nostril breathing 2 minutes on each side Kapalabhati rounds followed by Ujjayi Ujjayi Anuloma Ujjayi Viloma Alternate nostril breathing 4 minutes Two-minute meditation
