The Adventures of Sergeant Choong - Episode 3, Mayhem in Malaya, January 1942 - Introduction
Sergeant Choong is a work of fiction, whose purpose is to provide a narrative focus for a series of World War II campaigns using the 'Up Front' game system. Fans of the Flashman novels and other worķs by George MacDonald Fraser may recognise certain traits in the good Sergeant's character, which I hope they will find amusing. The third instalment of the Sergeant's fragmentary memories is set in western Malaya as Japanese forces drive south towards Kuala Lumpur.
