Mammutmarsch 60 km - Mannheim 2025 - Hitzeschlacht bei 30°

For the first time, Mammutmarsch is offering the Mannheim route in two distances: 42 km and 60 km. We chose the 60 km. To be clear, since the 60 km route leads through Heidelberg, up the Philosopher's Walk, it is the more scenic one with wonderful views. However, the views come at the price of distance and elevation gain. Here are our impressions of the march, which was a real heat battle for us in temperatures up to 30° Celsius.
