The many design options have made screw conveyors an integrated part of production in many industries, and a natural choice for rotation, grouping, separation and many other jobs. Given our extensive experience, we are able to produce screw conveyors to suit any item and purpose. This is a stop screw that begins by receiving the jars together on the conveyor belt. The first thing the screw conveyor does is separate the jars. It then stops them one at a time. This could be to allow filling, stamping or anything else that requires the item to stand still. Following the stop, the item is sent on in the screw conveyor. In this case the jars are gathered again before moving forward on the conveyor belt. One could also choose to adjust the separation to a given distance if this was necessary for the next stage of handling. There are many options. This form of stop is very gentle on the items, and avoids impacts and strong forces. The solution is also very compact and easy to replace if another need arises in production.
