Building an AI-Generated Rehab Plan in Action Apps
In this video, sports scientist Jo Clubb demonstrates Action Apps’ new AI-generated rehabilitation planning feature. Using a hamstring injury example, Jo shows how practitioners can use the platform to create an evidence-informed, injury-specific rehab plan, including return-to-play targets, phased interventions, exit criteria, monitoring assessments and progress visualisation. Sports rehabilitation is a complex and non-linear process, and artificial intelligence should not replace practitioner judgement.
