Painting Miniatures - Getting Started with the Absolute Basics
Since it's come up a few times with friends wanting to know how to paint their Imperial Assault or Arkham Horror board game contents, as well as a few looking at getting into painting wargame miniatures, I figured that rather than repeat myself a few hundred times it'd be worth putting together a quick introduction discussing the absolute basics of what you need and where to get it! I'll cover basic techniques in another video, stuff like drybrushing and shading, but for now this is really about where to begin, what I like to use and where you can find it. This'll probably not be massively useful to anybody already involved with the hobby, but perhaps you just enjoy drifting off to the dulcet tones of my voice!
