I recorded this video on Windows XP because Windows XP is the last operating system to support full legacy 16-Bit Programs. Thanks for watching and enjoy the video! If you are wondering, yes, I had to skip Microsoft Picture It! because it's demo program requires 256 Colors, which could mess up the recording, and I don't want that to happen at all, that's why.
