#Odissi #Tutorial #Classical #Dance #learning Tribhangi/Tribhanga is one of the basic stances used in the Odissi dance. There are 10 defined steppings for Tribhanga. As the Chowka and Tribhanga are the building blocks of Odissi dance, mastering those steppings before one learns the items, is inevitable. This video contains a detailed description of the way Tribhanga step 4 is done. These steps should be practiced regularly with perfection. You can do them 10 times initially and increase the practice later to 50 or more.
