Trikeshani Mata Temple Day Hike | Chamba Himachal Pradesh |

This video is from our day hike to Trikeshani Mata temple on 16 April 2023. Trikeshani Mata temple is in Chamba district of Himachal Pradesh located on a hilltop that offers a 360 degree panoramic view of Dhauladhar and Pir-Panjal mountain ranges. It is a temple of Bankhandi devi. One can reach here within 3-4hrs from the main town of Chamba. You can take Dhulara route or the Gurar - Samra route. Dhulara village is well connected with bus services while the Rakh - Gurar - Samra is an off-road and you can reach there by an off-roading vehicle or local shared cabs that you can hire from Rakh on Chamba - Bharmour national highway. In this video I’ve shown the way from Rakh - Gurar - Samra side. To reach Samra you can take bus till Rakh village on Chamba - Bharmour national highway and from there you can hire taxi or take local shared cab. But if you are planning to take your own vehicle do make sure your vehicle have good off-roading capabilities or else I won’t recommend as the road is in really bad condition. Chamba to Samra by road distance is around 28kms and from Samra you start your hike on the same way of Vasuki Naag temple and after about 300meter from a natural water source both the ways divert to different directions. It is around 3kms hike from last road end at Samra village that one can easily complete in 2hrs.
