Inside the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong sits one of Pacific Cigar Company's oldest stores, a lounge opened in 1992 by the late Sir David Tang. Behind the counter is Simon Lam, the longest serving employee at the company, with almost 30 years of experience and a level of service every new PCC hire is sent to learn from.
