Paulo Sérgio Cardoso da Silva is a native of Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, and a leader of the Acredito Movement. He holds degrees in Public Administration (UDESC) and Physical Education (UFSC). He holds a specialist degree in Health Management (UFSC) and Strategic Human Resources Management (UGF). He holds a master's degree and is currently pursuing a doctorate in Public Health (UFSC). He has published books, book chapters, and scientific articles in the field of public health. He implemented the Family Health Support Centers in the municipality of São José, Santa Catarina.
