Thabo Bester case delayed again as 2 co-accused fail to pay lawyer
Thabo Bester, his accomplice and lover, Dr Nandipha Magudumana, and seven of their co-accused returned to the Bloemfontein High Court dock on 24 July 2024. The exit of lawyers for some of the accused in the Thabo Bester prison escape case has caused further delays in the Bloemfontein High Court. The court was expected to decide on a trial date but that has been stalled once again due to administrative hiccups.
