DO NOT replace any of the ingredients in this recipe. For sweetener, it has to be a liquid sweetener. 3 Cups of Blanched Almond flour 3 Ripened Bananas 3 Large eggs 1/4 Cup Maple Syrup 1/4 Cup Oil 1 tsp Cinnamon powder 1 tsp Baking soda 1 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Salt Preheat the oven to 350 F. Keep a loaf pan ready with parchment paper. In a bowl, mash bananas well. Then add eggs, maple syrup, cinnamon powder, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Whisk everything together until combined. Add Almond flour and gently mix with spatula. Do not whisk more after adding the flour. Pour the batter in the loaf pan and bake it for 50 minutes. Once done let it sit for 10 minutes in the pan itself. After that remove from the pan and keep it in the cooling rack. Once cooled completely slice them. Enjoy the slice of heaven that just melts in your mouth, Tasted even better the next day. Stays well on counter top for couple of days. Good for 1-2 weeks in fridge and months if stored in freezer.
