On our episode this week, we meet a big time farmer. Jay is a farmer growing grain as well as raising dairy & beef cattle & lambs. The lamb part of the farm is what we are going to talk to him about today, as they feed 30 thousand lambs each year. With that many animals, you've got to have a good team - which is one of the things Jay talks about. We also get to watch a lamb shearing as Jay explains why he does it.
