Additionally, you must prove you resided at that address prior to the risk assessment with e-Government records and utility bills. The Biggest Obstacle: Rental assistance and "interest-subsidized loans" are alternatives; you must choose one, you cannot use both simultaneously. Assistance Durations: For homeowners in conventional buildings, the duration is a maximum of 18 months. In risky areas or reserve areas, this period can be extended up to 48 months on a project basis. Tenant Situation: Under Law No. 6306, there is no monthly rental assistance for tenants, but some municipalities can provide support for up to 12 months. Reasons for Termination: Assistance is terminated upon receipt of occupancy permit, actual delivery of the apartment, or sale of the property. Reasons for Rejection and Refund: Submitting misleading documents, making duplicate applications, or sabotaging the eviction process will lead to the rejection of assistance and even the refund of the money received.
