Drawing from the Well 2021 Caitlín Nic Gabhann - (Irish Traditional Music and Dance)

ITMA is delighted to present Drawing from the Well 2021 Episode 3, a video by dancer and concertina player Caitlín Nic Gabhann. Join us on St. Patrick's Day, 18 March 2021 at 8 pm (Irish time) for the premiere of 'Willie Keane: Music in Motion'. At the age of seven Caitlín danced on stage at the Willie Clancy Summer School in Co. Clare with legendary solo and set dancer Willie Keane (1927–1998). This is Caitlín's journey to find out more about the dancer who 'was so in tune and so connected to the music' and continues to inspire her. Drawing from the Well is a monthly series connecting artists with archival material to inspire new art.
