Mom Hates New Girlfriend
Cooper v Johnson. Mr. Cooper came to court to place himself on child support in order to “be able to see his children more regularly.” The children, ages 12 & 14, have lived with their mother their whole lives. Mom and Dad were never married and Mr. Cooper recently became engaged to a new girlfriend. He claims that Mrs. Johnson does not let him see the children as often as she should. Mrs. Johnson claims that she doesn’t feel comfortable having her children around the new fiancé.
