Zoysia Grass Pros, Cons and Tips

Zoysia grass has it benefits and also its drawbacks. I cover the pros and cons of a zoysia lawn while providing tips to care for it. I personally like zoysia a lot. I think it is great at choking out weeds and looks really good in my area. It can suffer from disease and insects, while also being slow to recover. It is not as draught tolerant as a bermuda lawn and doesn't recover fast when damaged. Zoysia is a good choice for partial shade. It makes a great lawn but does require some extra care.
