Marathon Nice Cannes 2023 (4k)

This is the story of my 15th Nice Cannes Marathon. I tried to run at a low heart rate for the first part (30km then modified to 21km) so I would be faster than usual for the second part. It didn't go as I had hoped. Near the end I analyze a Garmin Elevation anomaly presumably caused by the very windy day.
