Ingredients: -150g smoked salmon -2 eggs -Extra virgin olive oil -Salt and pepper to taste -1 lettuce heart (if not, use iceberg lettuce) -Seeded or country-style bread -2 teaspoons dill, mustard, and honey sauce (you can make it homemade) -1 teaspoon dill powder Step-by-Step Preparation: 1. Place a few drops of extra virgin olive oil in a frying pan over high heat. When it's hot, place the toasted bread on both sides. Use a spatula to press down and make them even crispier. 2. Place the eggs on a plate and, in the same pan, without lowering the heat, add olive oil and make some scrambled eggs. Scrambled eggs are very simple to make; simply crack the eggs into the hot oil and, using a spatula, knife, or fork, stir constantly until they resemble egg crumbs.
