As time passes, as the refrigerant decreases, the sound will also change. The refrigerant isn't completely depleted; it's depleted, or what's called depleted refrigerant. I observed this myself with my home air conditioner, a Panasonic Inverter 1200 BTU, as shown in the clip. Once the R-32 refrigerant was added to the correct amount, I noticed a noticeable decrease in noise. So I'm sharing it here as a simple observation.
