Skike techniques in english

My first YouTube video of the techniques using the German Skikes. Been a month off of them while speed skate training so will notice I got tired fast during the demos and began to stammmer :|. There were no english skike directions or trainers in the US so decided to post some self taught techniques I learned from watching tons of videos and postings. If interested and want more detailed videos and instructs, just leave comment asking since this was just hashed out really quick. I am not certified but there is nowhere else for us in the states to turn to learn this stuff or any instructors so hope this helps.
