Held on the football field, this event brought students together in an energetic yet graceful celebration of one of India’s most beloved festivals: Navratri. Navratri, meaning “nine nights”, is dedicated to the worship of Goddess Durga and her nine divine forms. It symbolizes the victory of good over evil, spiritual renewal, and the celebration of feminine strength (Shakti). Beyond its deep religious significance, Navratri is a time for communities to connect, celebrate, and share joy through music, dance, and tradition. A special salute goes to the Gujarati community, whose rich cultural traditions bring Navratri to life through Garba and Dandiya Raas.
