What if the OBT bit in the original mod was a more complete week? This will probably be the last OBT-related thing I'll make in a while. Setting-wise, you interrupt and then waste julius' time right after his initial fight with team maelstrom, Julius being a skuntank.... lycanroc-coalossal? hybrid character from the PMD fancomic "On Borrowed Time", the comic Rune, Inigo and Dielle come from and appear in the mod in the song "Luminosity" The reason Boyfriend and Girlfriend start first (and are on the left side as well) is because since they initiate the encounter first and don't care at all that he was supposed to be healing a near-fainted rune & only want a rap battle, making Julius leave rune to faint. This makes you the bad guy in this case, since said story is based on a Nuzlocke, Rune would essentially be dead; haunting the rest of the song Might flesh this out into a fanmade submod one day... This is loosely based on the boss fight and team skull theme from explorers of sky. It also takes inspiration from Mario's Madness, namely Devil Mario's song, "No Hope" and the 303's used in the first act of All Stars. The name rhymes with and contrasts with "Luminosity" for reasons that should be obvious. The flutes used in my retake are referenced as to further show said contrast, and are a bit distorted while retaining their melody (but not the chord progression). A chart will be coming soon...
