INFOFLEX VIDEO PRESENTATION. The BIEFFEBI AUTOMA 374 is a new generation automatic flexo plate mounter for the automatic mounting of flexographic plates on sleeves. It has the highest accuracy in the flexo plates mounting process, granting the mounting repeatability with centesimal precision, and the capability of performing the flexo plates control. Another important feature of our flexo plate mounter is that you are able to mount the flexo plate with digital proof. BIEFFEBI AUTOMA 374 automatic mounter can also perform a sleeve quality control system (AQCS) useful for adapting the pressure on the printing machine (TIR). Among other features, the machine is equipped with an automatic security area control to grant the operator’s safety. The BIEFFEBI UNICA 343VM is a semi-automatic flexo plate mounting machine in the flexo industry which features a driven rotation axis, motorized colour cameras – which can also be moved manually – with automatic focus. The BIEFFEBI UNICA 343VM flexo plate mounter enables three different kinds of mounting: by using the references, by making use of a picture (taken by the cameras) and by using the plate graphic file with the BIEFFEBI patented VDP (Virtual Data Process system) ( mounter with digital proof ). The BIEFFEBI UNICA 343VM can also perform a sleeve quality control system (AQCS) useful for adapting the pressure on the printing machine (TIR) and perform a flexographic plates control. The BIEFFEBI PLANUS 348 is a flat mounter for flexo plate in the corrugated postprint industry. It features a vacuum plane thanks to which high quality and accuracy is pursued in the mounting of cliché of big dimensions without air bubbles. At the end of the mounting it performs an automatic quality report for the control of the register. The BIEFFEBI PLANUS 348 flexo plate mounter enables different kinds of mounting: mounting on the references or on the GRAPHIC FILE of the plate with the PATENTED BIEFFEBI VDP SYSTEM (Virtual Data Processing system). The BIEFFEBI VDP System also enables to mount small flexo pieces.
