Video5 CAD/CAM laboratory workflow for the PMMA SIEWERT BRIDGE for immediate loading and testing

In this video we explain step by step the manufacturing by CAD/CAM of a SIEWERT BRIDGE in PMMA. It starts with the scanning of the master model with the SIEWERT BRIDGE Scanbodies screwed on the universal multi-unit analogs using the SIEWERT BRIDGE laboratory SCREW, the antagonist and the occlusion. Then these STL files are imported to the exocad software. We copy the folder with the important SIEWERT BRIDGE STL files to the implant library of exocad. Then stop by step the SIEWERT BRIDGE in full anatomy is created within exocad and a STL file is exported to the CAM part in order to mill it out of a PMMA disk. The Organical SUM3D software is doing the calculation of the milling and the simulation process is shown in order to avoid collisions with the risk of tool fractures.
