The sensor is primarily used to automatically activate lighting. ORNO is a manufacturer worth considering; in my opinion, their products are of high quality! I recommend it. It's worth using a switch between the power supply and the sensor without the neon bulb. I noticed that when the bulb is inserted into the switch, the sensor sometimes wouldn't activate. Strange, but if you have a problem, remove the neon bulb from the light switch.
